Daikin Air Conditioning Installation New Southgate, N11

For this residential property in New Southgate (N11), North London, we installed a Daikin multi-split air conditioning system comprising one outdoor condenser connected to three Daikin Stylish indoor units, delivering independent heating and cooling across three rooms from a single external unit.

The system uses a Daikin 3MXM52A outdoor condenser with a combined capacity of 5kW, connected to three premium Daikin Stylish indoor units: a 1.5kW unit, a 2.5kW unit and a 3.5kW unit. Each indoor unit operates independently, giving the homeowner individual temperature control across different rooms without the need for multiple outdoor condensers, keeping the exterior of the property clean and uncluttered.

The Daikin Stylish range is one of Daikin’s most popular residential AC units, known for its quiet operation, elegant design and high energy efficiency. The system uses R-32 refrigerant and provides year-round comfort, cooling in summer and efficient heating when required.

The installation included refrigerant pipework, condensate drainage, electrical connections, pressure testing, vacuum testing, refrigerant charging and full commissioning, all carried out by our F-Gas certified engineers. Every air conditioning installation we carry out includes full certification and a customer handover covering system operation and maintenance requirements.
