Excellent service from start to finish. Jack was fantastic in helping me design and specify my air source heat pump and air conditioning system. He made sure I was happy with the proposed solution and pricing every step of the way. His technical knowledge is excellent, and at no point did I feel pressured into making any decisions. Ionut led the installation team, and they were outstanding. Their workmanship was neat and professional, and they paid close attention to every detail, making sure I was happy throughout the installation. The team are true professionals and clearly take great pride in their work. During some of the hottest days of the year, with the loft reaching almost 50°C, they just got on with the job to ensure our air conditioning system was installed and working on schedule. At the end of each day, they spent time cleaning up thoroughly, leaving the house spotless. I genuinely can’t fault the team. A huge thank you to Jack, Ionut and everyone involved for their hard work, professionalism and dedication. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Green Electro Heating. They installed a Samsung 16kW heat pump along with a Joules 400L water tank, and the entire job was completed within just three days. The team went above and beyond, after initially removing a 300L tank, they made the extra effort to install a 400L tank instead, despite the challenges of working within a very tight space. Their problem-solving and attention to detail really stood out. The aftercare has also been fantastic, with great follow-up support following the installation. On top of that, they guided me through securing both the government grant and additional grant from Barclays, which made a huge difference. Highly recommend, professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you!

This is a follow-up to my earlier review after 14 months of having the heat pump and benefiting from a warm flat all day long. I'm so glad I made the decision to go ahead with the installation by Green Electro Heating in Enfield, who guided me through the process of applying for the Government's grant of £7,500 towards the cost. The pump is working well and I don't have to think about it. I can fully recommend getting a heat pump to anybody who is thinking about it.

Jack, Dorina and Ionut arranged the installation of my ASHP. They are very quick to respond to your queries and do not mind answering endless questions! Jack's advice on the location of the outside unit and the insulation of the ground floor was invaluable.

I had my heat pump installed Vaillant 7kW and 200L Vaillant Cylinder. The heat pump is very quiet and easy to use.
